Hwangssine Daega Chueotang

Hwangssine Daega Chueotang is a restaurant on the first floor of the Doosan We've residential complex in Jongno, Seoul, serving chueotang, dolsotbap, and fried dishes. The chueotang is ground so no bones are felt, mildly spicy and light, and pairs well with dried radish greens. The gardenia dolsotbap requires a wait of about 15 minutes, and at lunch you may stand in line if you go without a reservation. Lunch here is on the higher end for price.
