Hwangsan Shabu Shabu

Hwangsan Shabu Yori Myeongga is a hot pot restaurant on the basement first floor of Doosan We've Pavilion near the Jongno-gu Office in Jongno, Seoul. It serves traditional Chinese hot pot and shabu-shabu, with a divided pot that holds hongtang and baitang broths side by side and a choice of beef or lamb. Ordering hot pot comes with guobaorou at no extra charge, along with plenty of vegetables, mushrooms, and bean sprouts. The mala flavor of the hongtang broth is mild.
