Hongneung Jokbal 1977

Hongneung Jokbal 1977 is a jokbal restaurant in Seoul serving jokbal and twigim jokbal. The regular and fried versions can be ordered half and half, with the skin of the twigim jokbal lightly fried. The half-and-half menu serves about 2.5 portions, enough for two light eaters or three people with regular appetites. It comes with four sauces: wasabi mayo, sweet garlic, ssamjang, and saeujeot.
