Hongeorang Mineorang

Hongeorang Mineorang is a Korean restaurant in Jongno 3-ga that serves skate, croaker and yellowtail hoe. It uses only domestic skate for its hongeo samhap and also offers mineo hoe and mineo tang. The skate has a chewy texture and a pungent flavor, as if only lightly fermented. The mineo hoe comes in small portions.
