Hibarin Gwanghwamun

Hibarim Gwanghwamun is a Japanese restaurant on the third floor of D-Tower in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, serving donkatsu sets with hire, loin, cheese, and shrimp cutlets in a lunchbox style. Its signature katsubansang and soba set include cutlets, served with miso soup, salad, and a small stone-pot rice. Large full-length windows look down onto Kyobo Building and the northern area, and round tables are placed in the middle. Food takes longer to arrive than at typical restaurants.
