Hanyi Seoul

Haniseoul is a Hanwoo charcoal grill restaurant behind Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in Gwanghwamun, Seoul. It is on the second floor at 3-1 Saemunan-ro 5ga-gil, Jongno-gu. The chef grills rice-nuruk-aged chuck flap and Hanwoo beef at the table, using a custom cast-iron grill and a downdraft ventilation system. Sides include Masan-style dried radish greens soup and freshly seasoned kimchi.
