Hanokdal Restaurant & Bar

Hanokdal Restaurant & Bar is a fusion restaurant and bar in a hanok in Seochon, next to Gyeongbokgung, serving Italian pasta, risotto and pizza alongside Korean ingredients. Its signature dishes are ttukbaegi gochujang pasta and ureong doenjang risotto, in which gochujang and doenjang are mixed lightly into Western dishes rather than pushed forward strongly. The hanok interior holds Korean traditional decorations together with Western furnishings, and the drinks list includes wine and soju. The gochujang pasta adds nurungji for a crisp texture and is served in a ttukbaegi so it stays warm for a long time.
