Hanmiok

Hanmiok is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Ikseon-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, grilling pork cuts such as dwitgogi and ppolsal. The meat is domestic and sourced from Jeju, and the restaurant makes its own doenjang. Vegetarian and pescado dishes including pajeon and dubu kimchi are also served. The small dining room draws regulars, and the owner runs it alone, so orders can take time.
