Hanmoechon is a hanok Korean set-menu restaurant at the entrance of Bukchon village, near Jaedong intersection in Jongno-gu, Seoul. The dinner course brings out vegetable-centered dishes in sequence, including five kinds of namul and doenjang jjigae. It stands on the site where the dancer Choe Seung-hui, who defected to the North, once lived, and tables are set inside the rooms so guests do not sit on the floor. The eggplant dish and deodeok gui are spicy.
