Hamjibak Chapsal Sundae

Hamjibak Chapsal Sundae is a sundae-guk restaurant in Dongmyo, Seoul, selling sundae-guk and suyuk. The sundae-guk is served red, eaten with chive muchim, and pork bulgogi can be ordered alongside it. The sundae is made daily, and the broth is clear like dwaeji-gukbap rather than thick like sundae-gukbap, with no gamey smell. The taste of the sundae-guk differs from typical sundae-guk.
