Gyojawang

Gyojawang is a takeout dumpling shop in Jongno 3-ga, Seoul, selling meat dumplings and kimchi dumplings. Refrigerated dumplings go into the steamer when the order is placed and are ready in four and a half to five minutes, and mugwort steamed buns and red bean buns are sold as well. Takeout is the default, though a small table in front of the store can be used. Seating is limited, so the shop suits takeout rather than a sit-down meal.
