Gyeolguk Dwaeji

Gyeolgungdwaeji is a pork restaurant in Gwanghwamun that serves silk pork collar, samgyeopsal, and pork jowl. The thinly sliced silk pork collar and the pork jowl, with its fat trimmed off, are eaten with various salted seafood, yeolmu kimchi, cabbage kimchi grilled at the table, and minari salad. At first a server grills the meat, and the space has a large window, three rooms, and an outdoor terrace. The owner fries the final bokkeum bap.
