Gyehyanggak

Gyehyanggak is a Chinese restaurant in Dongsung-dong, Daehangno, Seoul, serving Suwon-style dishes instead of standard Chinese restaurant fare. Its menu excludes jjajang, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk, and includes dongpayuk, swanlong saewujjim, and chongyu banmyeon. Visits require a reservation through the Catch Table app, and the open kitchen allows diners to watch chef Sin Gyesuk cook. Portions are not large.
