Gwanghwamun Ttukgam

Gwanghwamun Ttukgam is a Korean restaurant in Jongno-gu, Seoul, a four-minute walk from Gwanghwamun Station Exit 1, and serves single-serving gamjatang cooked in a ttukbaegi. Each ttukbaegi holds two or three pieces of bone meat and one potato, and the stew comes in spicy or mild. A queue formed even at 11:45, but orders arrived within 30 seconds to 3 minutes. The meat has a dry, lean texture rather than a moist one.
