Guksu Chaja Dakmanri

Guksu Chaja Dakmanri is a small chicken restaurant across from Exit 4 of Jongno 3-ga Station, serving electric-roasted whole chicken and myeolchi noodles. The signature combination is a whole chicken roasted at 300°C for 100 minutes, topped with spicy jjaguri sauce, cheese, corn, and ramyeon noodles, finished with the scorched rice at the bottom of the pan after the chicken is eaten. During evening peak hours, the wait can run from 30 minutes to an hour, and ordering in advance means the food comes out quickly once a table is free. The dining space is small, so the wait gets longer in the evening.
