Gudeuljang Samgyeopsal in Ikseon-dong has outdoor tables where diners grill meat, about a three-minute walk from Jongno 3-ga Station Exit 6. It serves thick samgyeopsal (pork belly) and galmaegisal with kimchi and plenty of side dishes, followed by fried rice. The surrounding alley is lined with meat restaurants, and the restaurant can be full with a wait on Sunday evenings. The bathroom facilities are limited.
