Goraebul Susan

Goraebul Susan is a seafood restaurant in Jongno, Seoul, next to Hana Sonbo in Jongno 5-ga, serving aged hoe and grilled fish. Its signature set includes maeuntang made with freshwater shrimp and sujebi dropped in by hand, along with grilled mackerel and fried flatfish. The owner prepares seasonal vegetable side dishes and hoe by herself, and also adds sujebi by hand to flounder head maeuntang. Food comes out slowly.
