Gomchobap

Gom Sushi in Seoul serves sushi and hoedeopbap, with sushi made using little rice and large pieces of hoe. The udon comes with plenty of mushrooms in a broth that is slightly spicy, and the hoedeopbap is defined by large pieces of hoe and a bibim sauce. The small dining room seats about five tables, and at lunch it fills with office workers. Seats are tight at lunchtime, so a wait can form.
