Gisaeng

Gisaeng is a small Japanese udon shop on a quiet alley near the Urban Stay Ikseon Boutique Hotel in Seoul. Its main dishes are meat udon, mushroom udon, and a bulgogi set. Orders are placed by card at a kiosk, and the food comes out across a partition on the opposite side. From the outside, it is hard to tell that it is an udon shop.
