Geondongine

Geondongine is a long-established restaurant in Seoul serving saeng samgyeopsal, saeng ori, and galmaegisal. Grill the galmaegisal and samgyeopsal, then finish with bajirak kalguksu (knife-cut noodles); in summer, it also serves black-bean broth noodles. The kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) contains a generous amount of clams, with chewy noodles and a clean-tasting broth. The kimchi is too sweet.
