Genroku Udong

Genroku Udon Daehak-ro is an udon and soba shop on Daehak-ro in Jongno-gu, Seoul. The broth is made with grilled green onion and served with chewy noodles, and portions can be increased to double or triple at no cost. The shop has five or six tables and runs on a self-service system with a self-ordering kiosk, from ordering through to tray return. The broth has a strong pepper taste and is on the salty side.
