Ganggu Mijuguri

Ganggumijuguri Bongwan is a seafood restaurant near Gyeongbokgung Station and Seochon that serves hoe, sekkosi, and hairtail jorim. The assorted hoe comes with flounder hoe, mullet hoe, and sekkosi, along with miyeokguk and rice scooped from a pot. The hoe is eaten dipped in soy sauce, chojang, or a ssamjang-like seasoned sauce, and nurungji is served after the hairtail jorim. The sekkosi may be inconvenient to eat because bones remain in it.
