Gangchon charcoal Dakgalbi

Gangchon Sutbul Dakgalbi is a chicken restaurant in an alley near Jonggak Station Exit 3 in Jongno-gu, Seoul. It grills dakgalbi over charcoal instead of on a griddle, with chamssut herb dakgalbi and chamssut seasoned dakgalbi as the main dishes, served alongside chicken neck meat and noodles. Staff grill the par-cooked chicken for customers, so they do not have to cook it themselves. The dining room gets crowded in the evening.
