Gaenmaeul Hoetjip

Gaenmaeul Hoetjip is a seafood restaurant in the alleys of Euljiro 3-ga that serves only wild sea bream hoe. The hoe comes on a tray as sea bream alone, without mu-chae, and is eaten wrapped with lettuce, gim, tot, garlic, and chili. Each day's supply is fixed, so arriving late means no sea bream. After the meal, maeuntang and Anseongtangmyeon ramen sari are served, and the maeuntang tastes weaker than the hoe.
