Forest of Nuha

Nuha-ui Sup is a small restaurant in Seochon serving Japanese Kanto-style home cooking, run by Japanese staff. Its signature dish, the chicken nanban set meal, pairs tender chicken breast with a soy-based sauce and an egg-mayo mustard dressing. The set includes side dishes, soup, salad, and dessert, and the rice is seasoned with kelp salt. As Kanto-style food, both the dishes and the rice are seasoned on the salty side overall.
