Fillin

Fillin is a brunch cafe in Seochon, Pilun-dong, Seoul, serving focaccia sandwiches and ragu stew. The Cotto Punggi sandwich puts Cotto ham, mushrooms, Reggiano cheese, Stracciatella cheese, and arugula into focaccia. The ragu stew contains beef mince, tomatoes, and vegetables, and the coffee uses Namusairo beans. Cheesecake can be eaten with the coffee, and the music is not too loud.
