Eom Yong Baek Dwaeji Gukbap is a gukbap restaurant near Jonggak Station in Seoul that serves Busan-style and Miryang-style dwaeji gukbap along with suyuk. The Busan style is clear, while the Miryang style is milky and rich, and the rice is rinsed in the broth before being served. At the entrance, you can choose your menu at a machine or through Tableing before waiting, and rice and broth are refilled. The floor seating requires you to take off your shoes, which is a hassle.
