Edomaetendong Hamada Jongno Branch

Edome Ten-don Hamada Jongno is a Japanese restaurant serving Tokyo-style tendon, a bowl of rice topped with fried ingredients, between Jongno 2-ga Youth Street and Jonggak Piano Street in Seoul. The frying is served crisp, the rice is laid with plenty of salty soy sauce, and the special tendon comes with a separately fried shrimp head. At lunch a waiting line forms, and the store has a fair number of seats. The frying can feel soggy or like old oil.
