Dotori Brothers is a restaurant in Seoul that serves Japanese-style rice bowls and steak. It offers daechang deopbap, hitsumabushi, and freshly fried shrimp, and the daechang deopbap is eaten by mixing the egg yolk, mayonnaise, and rayu sauce in that order. On weekdays at lunch, a table is hard to get without arriving at opening, and entry is by on-site waiting with no reservations. The tables and the space are small, so there is nowhere suitable to put your clothes.
