Donghaeru

Donghaeru is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor of an alley next to Sewoon Sangga in Jangsa-dong, Jongno, Seoul. Its signature dish is ganjajang, made with white noodles and stir-fried onion, cabbage, and pork. The restaurant opened in 1974, and jajangbap, which is not on the menu, can be ordered with jjamppong broth and a fried egg. Compared to the ganjajang, the other dishes such as tangsuyuk and gunmandu are weaker in flavor.
