Dongbaek Sikdang is a small noodle shop in Seoul that serves Jeju-style gogi-guksu and dwaeji-gukbap. The gogi-guksu comes in a broth as cool as kongnamul-guk, while the dwaeji-gukbap is served with a clear gomguk-style broth. The dining room is glass on all sides, so sunlight comes in well, and the gogi-guksu arrives quickly after ordering. Portions run small, and when four people visited, the first banchan came out at only the basic single-serving amount.
