Dolbat Memilkkot

Dolbat Memilkkot is an old noodle shop in Tongui-dong, Seoul, serving memil kalguksu, memil buchim, and memil kongguksu. The memil kalguksu starts mild, and diners add cheongyang gochu ganjang to it, while the memil buchim is thin with a crisp outside.
