Deungchon Kalguksu

Deungchon Kalguksu sits in front of Marronnier Park in Hyehwa-dong, Seoul, and serves shabu-shabu, kalguksu, and bokkeumbap together. Beef shabu-shabu is cooked in a spicy broth with minari and mushrooms, followed by kalguksu and egg bokkeumbap. The noodles arrive pre-cooked, so they soften quickly, and they are as thick as udon noodles. The portions of shabu-shabu and vegetables are small.
