De Mitt is a fusion Korean restaurant and makgeolli bar in the alleys of Seochon, Seoul. It serves kimchi mandu, buckwheat noodles, ureongi doenjang ijoetto, and octopus perilla seed goldong noodles paired with traditional liquor. The dining room has a hanok atmosphere and is spacious and tidy. The makgeolli selection includes varieties made in-house.
