Dargyu Sushi

Daegu Sushi is a sushi restaurant near Hyehwa Station in Seoul that serves sashimi and sushi courses. The courses use slightly aged hoe and red vinegar shari, and include sashimi, sushi, and fried shrimp. The meal ends with udon made of thin, chewy noodles in a cool broth. There are six to seven bar seats and about four tables, so a wait forms during peak hours.
