Daewonjeong

Daewonjeong is an old restaurant in Jongno 3-ga serving charcoal-grilled seasoned samgyeopsal (pork belly), kimchi stew, and grilled mackerel. The samgyeopsal and mackerel are grilled over charcoal outside the restaurant, and chives are served with the pork rib marinade. The charcoal-grilled dishes are partially cooked before they arrive. Service can vary.
