Daeseong Sikdang is an old restaurant near Seun Sangga in Jongno-gu, Seoul, serving nakgopsae jeongol with octopus, gopchang, and shrimp. The nakgopsae is simmered in a thick sauce and eaten mixed with rice, with chadolbak or myeonsari available as additions. It has been in business since 1984 and orders are placed through a table order system. The seasoning is on the salty side even when requested mild.
