Daejeon Gopchang

Daejeon Gopchang is a Korean restaurant near Seoul's dakhanmari alley that serves pork gopchang (grilled intestines). Vegetable gopchang is ordered by the number of people, and it comes with perilla leaf, lettuce, garlic, and carrot on the side. The owner, a grandmother, does the cooking herself. The spicy seasoning is about as hot as Shin Ramyun, so ask for it toned down if you are not good with spicy food.
