Daejang-Geum

Daejanggeum is a Korean restaurant in the underground shopping arcade behind the Seoul Government Complex in Gwanghwamun. It serves hwangtae dishes, cheonggukjang, and kimchi stew, with gobongbap and house side dishes. The restaurant has a first and second branch in the same building, and side dishes are self-served from a self-service bar. From 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., the wait is long.
