Daebokjip is a Korean restaurant specializing in samgyeopsal (pork belly), located in an alley off Sajik-ro in Jongno-gu, Seoul, a one-minute walk from Exit 4 of Gyeongbokgung Station. The signature dishes are domestic samgyeopsal and a doenjang jjigae scented with dallae. At lunch, the doenjang jjigae arrives in a jeongol pot, and the rice is served with a fried egg and lettuce to mix with the namul side dishes, doenjang, and gochujang. The restaurant building keeps the traditional appearance of a hanok.
