Chunli Malatang Sinmunro Branch

Chunri Malatang Sinmunro is a Chinese noodle restaurant in Sajik-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, serving malatang and malaxiangguo from a basement space in the Opsian Building on Saemunan-ro in Gwanghwamun. Customers pick their own vegetables, noodles, skewers, and meat, and choose a spice level from 0 to 3. After paying for the chosen ingredients, they cook and eat them once a seat opens up, and the cooking time runs faster than at other shops near Gwanghwamun. At lunch, a line forms between 11:30 and 11:40 in the morning.
