Choegane Hwangso Gopchang

Choi Gane Hwangso Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant in the alleys of Jongno 3-ga that serves only Hanwoo small intestines. It focuses on gopchang gui and gopchang jeongol, and also serves pre-grilled gopchang and bokkeum bap. The gopchang and bokkeum bap come out of the kitchen 90 percent cooked, and liver and cheonyeop are served as a complimentary item. Portions are not generous.
