Chwiyabeol Guksi is a restaurant in a converted hanok in Seoul that serves North Korean-style hand dumplings and noodles. Its signature dish, mandu jeongol, is a hot pot with a rich, clean broth made with cabbage and filled with hand dumplings, and kalguksu noodles can be added. After the mandu jeongol, diners choose one of juk, bokkeumbap, or kalguksu to finish the meal. Guksi and mandu guk are priced high enough to feel like a burden.
