Chinni is a Chinese restaurant on the basement level of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in Jongno-gu, Seoul, near Gwanghwamun Square. Its tangsuyuk is served as large, tender pieces of meat wrapped in a crispy batter. The dining room has many tables and turnover is fast, so you can walk in without waiting even at peak times, and there are also rooms for groups. Once the tangsuyuk cools, the batter thickens and hardens, masking the taste of the meat.
