Chebudong Sujebi and Boribap

Chebudong Sujebi and Boribap is a Korean restaurant across from Seochon Tosalchon in Jongno-gu, Seoul, serving sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), boribap, and pajeon. The potato and perilla sujebi comes in thin, chewy dough with a light broth, and the perilla sujebi has a pronounced nutty flavor. Orders come with yeolmu kimchi and sungnyung, and ordering either sujebi or boribap lets you taste a bit of the other. The sujebi portion may be small for an adult man.
