Chadolbakhin Jjukkumi Main Branch is a second-floor jjukkumi restaurant in Gwancheol-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, a five-minute walk from Jonggak Station Exit 4. Chadolbaegi and jjukkumi are grilled over direct heat for a charred aroma, and kongnamul is refilled on request. Diners cook their own egg fry, and at lunchtime the tables are already set. The jjukkumi is spicier than it looks.
