Canard Ramen

Kanaru is a Japanese ramen shop in Ikseon-dong, Seoul, that serves duck ramen. The kamoshio ramen comes with duck chashu, and shio ramen and mazesoba are also on the menu. Seating is limited to counter seats facing an open kitchen, and there is almost never a wait. The ramen broth is on the salty side.
