Byeolmi Gopchang

Byeolmi Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant near Seodaemun Station in Seoul that serves vegetable gopchang and stir-fried pork gopchang. The heat comes from Korean red pepper powder and is not sweet, and fried rice is also available. There are only five tables, so the wait can run about 20 minutes, and the small griddle means only one order of fried rice can be placed. There are no side plates, so paper cups are used instead.
