Buyeo Gopchang

Buyeogopchang serves pork gopchang in an alley of Sinjin Market in Seoul. It offers vegetable gopchang and roe gopchang, with more gopchang than glass noodles or vegetables in each dish. Regulars have been coming for 20 years, and the taste and the owner have stayed the same. Because it is a restaurant inside a market, it does not suit those who prefer a clean atmosphere.
