Busan Jip Makguksu

Busanjip Makguksu is a restaurant in a hanok in the Seochon alleys of Seoul that serves makguksu, kalguksu and galbitang. Its signature style pairs house-made makguksu noodles with plate bossam and myeongtae sikhae. At lunch the seats are full by 11:40 a.m., and the restaurant does not take reservations. A lunch meal here is a burden relative to the price.
